What p2p networks does Biden go on, because I don't often run across rape and molestation videos... especially not obviously named ones like man_rapes_innocent_child.mov or something...

I suspect given the government's ignorance on technology, this would be aimed at Kazaa and those sorts of things, not BitTorrent... but I didn't read the article yet, so I don't know.

The whole ignorance factor really gets to me. Even with their description of ip addresses. I really didn't read the whole article, it's pretty dry. But yea, last time I looked, I didn't see any naked kiddies on any of the torrent sites I went to. I'm sure the people they caught were stupid enough to have there folders shared on Kazza or something. I really don't think people trade on those systems either? Maybe you should do some "research"?

Yes, you can find kiddie porn and bestiality on Kazaa (or at least you used to), but you'd have to be a fucking idiot to do that in the first place. Biden wouldn't need $1 billion to track your ass.
